Take your first soapy warm enema while taking a warm bubble bath

Valeria,
My first thought after reading your post was that an enema bag would have been better than the bulb if your enemas are going to be solo. The bag gives you the opportunity to just relax and enjoy; whereas the bulb (although wonderfully erotic due to the repeated insertions) are better suited to having a partner administer the enema.
With respect to solution, I'd recommend a little salt and baking soda added to the warm water. If, however, you're trying to relive your childhood enemas, maybe a mild soapsuds enema would suit you better. If this is the course you take; I would suggest you follow-up with a warm water rinse. And lastly, experiment....find out what is most enjoyable to YOU.
Good luck and enjoy!
Peg
