My favorite enema is taken in bed, covered with a blanket and getting warm and cuddly before starting the flow. I always wear my Flexees waist nipper, not the pull-up model but mine is put on and taken off with hook and eye snaps. I wear my waist nipper as low as possible on my hips, and the restriction on my lower stomach eases any cramping. This enema is especially enjoyable, as it lasts at least 30 minutes while taking 2 quarts very slow, allowing the flow for about 25 seconds before "resting" and letting any cramps pass.
