Lauren,
We have never used it. Those I have communicated with through the years tell me that the Wilson's therapy coffer, which I’m told is very biter to drink, is expensive and some of them have simply made double strength of the coffee they drink, if it can go in one way it can go in the other.
My husband and I have done the same thing. As the 2-quarts of double strength coffee brews we take soapy cleansing enemas to empty our colon, and as the coffee cools to a temperature suitable for taking, 105-F, we do saline rinse enemas. The two pre-enemas make the taking and easy retention of the coffee enema, 1,000-ml (1-quart), taken very slowly for up to a half hour', so it don't induce cramping making it easy to retain. We usually give the three enemas each other simultaneously for a sensual experience.
Hugs,
Marlene
