I think that the best enemas are made with Dr Bonners liquid castile soaps.They are in every health and vitamin store in California.They are made in several different flavors{?} like plain,lavendar,peppermint,etc.The fact that my local shop sells a lot of them confirms my conviction that there are a lot of preverts out there!-

In all due respects to sojourn, while Dr. Bronner's soaps are great for enemas, believe it or not, many people use them for other purposes such as washing the outer parts of the body. Using the peppermint soap in your morning shower can wake you up as well as a strong cup of coffee - though each has their moments inside and out!
