 I find this post interesting... I prefer starting off with the bulb, then moving on to the bag. In Europe, bulbs can be had in much larger sizes; 500ml is pretty common... I own one that is 1250ml. The larger one is no good for self administration, but gives excellent results when given!

You must have very big hands. I cannot effectively use even a 500 ml bulb.
