Susan, what do you mean by : "Often times non-medical people read sexuality into situations that are non-sexual..?" Please explain.
How do i feel anout rectal temps now ? Well, just as before.I don't know but how would you have felt if another sibbling of yours(older,of course)would have checked your intimate parts and you being 19-20(an adult)? Moreover, making a remark about your bottom ?

It sounds like you were offended by my comment and question about your feelings. If so, I apologize. Turning it around and asking how I would feel is not helpful because everyone reacts and feels differently about things. My comment about medical and non-medical people viewing situations in different lights refers to the fact that medical people deal with nudity, examinations, and procedures on intimate areas without getting turned on or viewing such situations as sexual. Again, sorry if I offended you.

Susan, you will find that Carol, does not have both oars in the water, and that can be a problem for her, on a public discussion forum.
