Tap water for enemas is just as good as bottle water or saline, The thing i found out when using bottle water you can not get up much of a soapsuds in it, So i just use reg tap water for both the soapy one and the rince---- Been doing it that way for 10 years with no ill effects and i also know that they use reg tap water in the hosptials for enemas too.

I really think that to many of you have been reading the things put on the net by the goofy kristina amolog or what ever her name is from optimal health.

If you don't get many suds with soap in bottled water, it is because the bottled water is "hard" water (with a lot of dissolved minerals) which prevents sudsing. The soap will still work, but not be sudsy. If you like bottled water, try another brand, it might be "softer."

We have just learned today that "Switchablesusie" is "Heteroflexible." For her definition of this term, you are invited to read her message on the E & S board.

Why are you so surprised??

I have told of homosexual trysts before.

Yes, I know the usual politically correct term is "lesbian," but I am comfortable enough with myself to know that is homosexual. So what. I know how to have a good time!

An enema is an enema is an enema.

I see no difference whether you get your enema from a male or a female, or on your own. The key is that enemas, ultimately, are good for your health.

WHO would disagree with that premise? I'd like to hear from you, here, or at my email address.

I agree with enemas being healthy. I disagree that who gives it makes no dirrerence. To me an enema is the most erotic thing someone can do to me. I've never had a man give me one and the thought of the exposure excites me. For some maybe enemas are just clinical. For me they are more emotional.

I would like to give you an enema and it would be gentle. A warm soap water enema with a massage would be ok. Can you take a 2 quart enema? It is uncomfortable probably.
