Fleets are easy to use. There are some after effects but I find if you retain them long enough there are no after effects. The regular Fleets are different from the new Extra Fleets which I found are hard to retain or may be its just me. I am going to give a Fleets enema in a little while and I am glad that I don't have to fuss with the enema bag since we are visiting relatives.

I may be one of the few,but I much prefer the FLEET enemas(all styles),over the bag enemas.When I was little my mommy gave me FLEET enemas when I needed them,and I love the memories that went with them,so I think that is why I prefer the Fleets,the memories of being younger.
