 I have a 4 cup drip coffee maker. I use 4 tablespoons regular coffee. When done I pour it over 12 ice cubes in a pitcher. It makes 1 quart at about 104 degrees.
While the coffee is brewing I give myself a small plain water enema to empty the colon, then I take the quart of coffee and hold it for at least 10 minutes, sometimes more.
That's it. Very simple, very pleasant.
