In recent months I've alternated between an Ivory Soap Suds and a sea salt enema. If I'm constipated I take two quarts+ soap suds. This cleans me out to my satisfaction. If I just want a fun enema the salt does just fine. Both can be enjoyable. I've tryed the famous M&M but it causes too much cramping to be called fun.

I'm not terribly adventurous when it comes to enemas. My favorite, though, is 2 qts of warm water with 2 tsp of baking soda. But the mood has to be set first, and for that I put on a favorite CD (I like new age like George Winston) and light a scented candle. Then after the enema I just soak in our hot tub. I just love it.
