I have started to wonder what enemas are all all about..
I have come to the conclusion that it is 90% psycholocical, and 10% physical, with me at least...
I think the act of "defeacation" is a huge release of stress in most people. For some, including myself, the feelings and smell may arouse sexual feelings, but I am sure the whole enema experience is very mind orientated rather than body.
From my studies, I gather that in ancient-times, an enema was pretty much standard for most ailments of body/mind.
But these days ...ooooooh no, bottom, poo smells..noooo,nooo
the result is laxatives abuse,obesity, depression etc etc.
I think the world would be a better place if we didn't have to hide this miracle cure away, make it incredibly secretive, and make it embarrasing for all.
One thing I do is have a weep as my enema expells. It is a double expulsion of emotion and bodily waste/toxins.
Ok, sometimes I am turned on by the feeling and smell, but lately it has become a great stress reliever.
I wonder how different the world would be if everyone had a big enema every single week ?
Why has this ancient cure become sooooooo taboo ???

Call me all the names you want, but does anyone else on this board love their poo ? By that I mean all aspects, the sight, the smell, the feel..... Is that wrong ?????
