Hi Stephanie, I would strongly agree that a good enema is
an effective cure for depression....you can literally
flush all your cares away ! Its like the old saying
when the bottom falls out of your world , let the world
fall out of your bottom ! I syringed myself many times
for this reason.

This may not be a cure ,but it is a very good treatment.Have done this many times when I worked in the factory.Seema to litteraly wash the tension away.Sandy D
