Hi Fran: I feel that the student nurse sister had assisted and/or given enemas to her brother previous to this situtation because there was not any objection raised by him, or at least not passed on to you by the mother. Than again maybe he preferred to risk having his sister seeing him shaven than his mother and accepted her giving him his enema as the lesser of the two evils.
Now to the difference in our enema scheduling among my family and my siblings families. My brother has a 16 yo girl and a 14 yo boy; I have 2 girls 14 and 11 and my sister has a 14 yo boy and a 12 yo girl. Both my brother and I follow the formula; not schedule; our mother used. As children we never got constipated as mom believed in prevention rather than a cure. Have a natural movement on Monday and miss Tue and Wed than an enema on Thur after school, or after breakfast on weekends. These were a soapy followed an hour later with a rinse. If sick (not being in street clothes) than a daily plain water enema was part of the treatment. When we had a fever of over 101 a cold tap water enema was given to help reduce the fever. Our Doc said every 2 hrs but mom did only twice a day. Temps were rectal. To this day we follow the same formula with a period enema thrown in for good measure, but only on request by the girls. Of course hubby and I have our own thing during play time.
My sister on the other hand does enemas whenever is can and will find any excuse to give to her kids and hubby. If one child gets an enema than the other gets one. If hubby gets one than she gets one. All enemas are given on her bed with the door open and anyone can come in and watch. All those who receive are naked and she is usually in bra and panties while giving so she will be almost ready to receive or take one. One or both of the kids are usually present when she has a nozzle in her.
Both my hubby and brother on their own stopped giving enemas to the kids when they started puberty. However; recently our 14 yo had a real bad period and I wasn't home and she asked her dad to give her a second enema. That was her choice. My brother-in-law still gives to his kids with the 4 of them in the room naked for as my sister says "assembly line enemas"

As you said, the guy let his sister give him an enema because he realized that the alternative was having his mother do it later. He probably hoped he could hide his shaved area from his sister, and was not so sure his mother wouldn't notice it.
His plan backfired, of course, and his sister spotted what he had done. She used her discovery to get him to be her
temporary "servant" and he wouldn't dare refuse her orders.

Bunny,it was probably unnecessary for him to be afraid his mother would have a problem with him shaving.
Most mothers today realize that this is a fad and many
young people and even older people have started doing it.
It is even possible that his mother and/or sister also shaves. But you can't blame his sister for taking advantage
of the situation and geting him to do her work for her.
Bunny, how would you react if you discovered one of your kids was shaved? Or would you react at all? Or, how about anyone else? Would it faze you at all?
