Subject: High Colonic Enema

 I need a high colonic enema - but am apprehensive about self-administration. How can I find a colon therapist who will give a high colon? My hydrotherapist will not give enemas. I found a colon hygienist - but she stated that she would not insert a tube more than 3 inches. I'm sure that a high colonic needs more than 3 inches of tubing to be effective.

If you live in the midwest...Madison has Optimal Health...they'll give you a colon tube high colonic/enema

The tube DOES NOT have to be inserted far for a high enema.

The "high" in "high enema" describes how far up the SOLUTION goes, NOT THE TUBE. The solution always goes higher than the tube. You will certainly get the solution all the way to the end of the large colon with a few 2 quart enemas.

You can certainly do this yourself. Start out with one pint, then 2 pints, 3 pints, 4 pints, possibly more, but it isn't necessary. Do that a few times and you will be clean and virtually empty inside.
