When growing up, me and my 2 sisters were always completely undressed so we didnt have anything we could use to try to cover up and stop the enema from being put into us - they also took the covers off the bed so we couldnt use them either. Since we were all used to being naked for enemas, me and my sisters continued that with our own families. I'm not sure how common that is?
