That is what pudenda means(after checking it on google: Pudenda - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary-the external genital organs of a human being and especially of a woman).I don't know what she was going to find down there but some people say that it was for check of hemmorrhoids or somethind(either way from a medical point of view/purpose).

For the last time, I am not saying your grandmother is a pervert. She just had a lot more interest in seeing her 19 year old granddaughter's pudenda (anus and genitals) than any grandmother I know without there being any known medical problem that she would be responsible for having treated.
Like you said, you have not been here for three months since this was originally discussed. Why are you dwelling on this? Surely you have more important things in your life than this message board and what people who DON'T know you have to say.
