Ladies...You will have a better chance finding a bulb syringe in a medical/hospital supply store, usually located in larger cities. That's where I purchased mine. These stores also may carry (or can order for you) various types of enema bags. And don't be shy about asking the people who work there. They are used to helping home health nurses, caregivers, etc. They won't treat you like you're weird.
I once had a nurse's recommendation that I purchase a certain size rectal tube, and I was kinda embarrassed even to show the note to the clerk. The clerk opened a drawer with rubber tubes protected in long plastic sleeves and took time to explain to me how best to use the one that the nurse prescribed. You'll never experience this at a Walmart or discount drug!
