im 21 and not sure how many my age douche but its something that my mom does so i learned about it when i started havin periods - she told me not 2 do it very often. i have some gfs who do it also so i know it done with girls my age but not sure how many?

I have been douching every other day (except during my period) since I was 15 after when my menses started.
In all that time, I have had only one yeast infection, which was caused by a lover that infected me (3 years ago).
After the infection was healed, I resumed my douching routine with no adverse consequence .I still douche.
I douche with an erbal tea every other day. I douche with a summers eve douch before sex for my boyfriend's sake, then douche with vinegar/water the morning after.
I don't agree at all with the anti-douching freaks!
