Yes, we were together ... mom made us undress in preparation for our enema session. Being nude in each others presence was no big deal in our family. During the warm weather months, we often passed on taking showers and baths in the house because the bathroom just got too hot. Dad had rigged the outdoor faucets so that we could have warm water for showers. He also poured a concrete for our open-air shower area. We often took showers together ... again, nothing unusual, in fact, it was quite convenient because we could wash each other's back ... no hanky-panky because mom or dad were usually within ear=shot, so to speak. They didn't watch us, but they could hear us ... that was good enough for us. Sometimes mom would precede our shower with an enema session, all out doors, then we'd dash into the house to relieve ourselvs. Dad made an outdoor privy, a two-holer that he called "my private reading room". We sometimes used that instead of going into the house ... a quick dash across the yard and behind the garage to get to the facility ... once my sister didn't quite get to the "reading room" to relieve herself, so dad jokingly put a big bucket about half-way to the destination. We dedicated it to my sister.
