My husband and I have several favorites and reasons for each:

1. Various enema and douche nozzles we inherited from our growing-up enema equipment and those used by our parents or other family members. One very precious to me that I use a couple of times a month was the long curved, glass smooth, Bakelite douche nozzle that was my maternal grandmothers, it dates back to the 1900’s.

2. EZEM cuff nozzles when taking retention enemas such as coffee, tea or diluted wine, with a 1-part wine to 3-parts distilled water. To see one go to http://www.uniquemedicaltoys.com/tubes_nozzles_01.htm

We have no connection to this company I’m only posting this address for visual information.

3. 36-inch long F-40 colon tubes for the sensual feeling they provide while slowly being inserted and withdrawn.

4. F-36 Pezzer nozzles. They are ideal when giving enemas to each other and the 2.5-inch flying saucer tip won’t slip out no matter how “frisky” we get. To see one go to the same web site posted above. NOTE: We do not recommend using a Malecot 4-wing Rectal catheter. The wings are too rough and can injure the delicate tissue of the Anal Sphincter, we know from experience.

5. Last but not least our 5-inch long, 1-inch diameter Silver Bullets. They quickly impart the warmth or coolness of the enema flowing through them and lend them selves to additional sensual enjoyment being stroked or twirled.

Marlene, EZEM is the name of the nozzle I was referring to. This is by far my favorite. Most web sites also sell replacement air pillows, inflators,if needed. Do you do anything special to prolong the life of the inflatible material on the tip?

Dear DANIELE,

I find that the inflatable bulb is generally good for 10 to 12 enemas. To care for them never overinflate them, lubricate them well for insertion and use a mild liquid soap like Dr. Bronners Castile baby soap to clean them after use. Don't use a cloth to clean them, put the soap in your hand and coat the nozzle thoroughly and then rinse it under warm water. Also never put them away wet, let them air dry thoroughly before storage and store them cushioned on soft material such as old T-shirt material.
