Use a mild soap solution, castile soap, a bar of goats milk soap, or good old ivory soap left floating in a basin of hot water. Wait until the water is at 105 degres then add a table spoon of baking soda per quart of solution. I like to take my enemas lying on my back and holding for at least ten minutes. I gently roll from side to side to mix up the solution in my colon. Take the enema slowly stoping the flow if you get a cramp. Continue with the enema as the cramp passes. Follow the soapy enema with a soda mixture only. Try this it should work very well for you.
