Decide what type of enema you want to take. Do you want a good cleanout? Are you just experimenting? Is this a sexual foreplay enema? If yes, is the enema part of the sex play itself, or is it preparation for anal sex?
Are you actually constipated?
You use different enemas for each of these things.
I have posted my procedure for a total system cleanout more than once. If you just want a good cleanout but it does not have to be total, you do something along the same lines. If I knew WHY you are taking the enema, I could give you a few more specific pointers.
