I have had many, many enemas of all kinds over my 60+ years and sometimes I can't hold it either. Maybe it is not being relaxed enough, too warm, too cool, something I ate, or whatever.
The best thing I have found if I am planning a recreational enema is to have a small enema earlier. It sort of primes me for the main event. Try it.
