How long have you been using enemas on a regular basis and do you think it contributes to overall better health?

I have been using them regularly for over the last 30 years, but have only been using large volume (usually 2 quart) enemas for about the last twelve years. Up until the internet arrived at my house, I thought that it would be unsafe to use anything larger than 8 or 10 ounces at a time. I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first enema of around 2 quarts and experienced the results!

I think the enemas help to keep me healthy overall.

Lis

Lisa, I suspect that I am healthier because I take enemas. For one, I know that I am much more comfortable whether it is that I feel less bloated at that time of the month or that I feel more refreshed after having a good cleaning out. Either way, these enemas do not do any harm and I do enjoy taking them which improves my outlook.

As for 2 quarts, I will do that much on occasion, but usually it is a bit less than that. It wasn't until I started reading these boards did I realize that I was not alone, but also that there were enemas other than just soapy ones. I would otherwise not have known about baking soda.

Ladies, I have enjoyed enemas since I borrowed my step moms bag when I was 12 or 13. O course when I was a child I was terrified of receiving one. I have taken them regularly on almost a day to day basis for over 3 1/2 years.

I take quite a bit of pain meds for back problems. Of course this leads to constipation. My husband gives me an enema on an average of once a week. I've tried stool softners, laxatives, suppositories etc. all with poor results. Nothing works better or feels as good as a big warm enema from your spouse. Of course it feels good for him too, since he has a butt fetish. A little spanking before the enema also helps get us both in the mood.

I've had regular enemas all 52 years of my life and never have any health problems. I don't attribute all of my good health to my enemas, but I certainly attribute much of it.

Likewise, my daughter, now in her late 20s, has had many enemas, and she, too, is in great health. She attributes that to her regular use of enemas.

So, my short answer is "yes".

I've been taking frequent enemas ever since I left home after high school and got my own place going to college. I got many enemas at home from my mom too. I can definitely say that they have been good for my health; rarely am I constipated. If so, out comes my trusty "red friend".
Also, in addition to health, I enjoy enemas for the enhanced sexual pleasure they give me. I'm sure that many of you know what I'm talking about!

Yes, I think enemas contribute to my overall health and well-being. I never had enemas until I was 22 and a home health nurse taught me about them while I was recovering from the trauma of being severely hurt in an accident. Sure, I discovered the pleasures that comfy warm enemas can produce, but mainly I value them for my continuing good health.
