When I was about 8yrs old I got my first bag enema from my mother.Her saying was "youll feel batter after a soapy enema.The truth of it I did feel better.Im sure I had a bulb enema or two when I was smaller but dont recall the process.True I felt bad before the enema but was always afraid of the event until it was over.I now know just how an enema can change how you feel!

As much as I hated to go into the bathroom and see that big red enema bag hanging with soapsuds running dowm its sides,I knew I would feel better.Laying over my mothers lap nude was the start of the lubed up nozzle being inserted and the flow started.My mother never lied when she said I would feel better and when the bag was empty and was done on the toilet, I did feel much better.

I think many moms, including my own, were born with the words embedded in their brains: "You'll feel better after an enema."
