Continuing with your thoughts about the arena, I agree. This could be a sorely needed bit of economic activity in A-town at just the right time. It's good to get it at $73 million before the hyperinflation kicks in from the government "rescue" spending. And if that prediction proves to be incorrect, we may benefit from an economic slowdown depressing the costs of construction. Either way, even with inconvenient surface parking, this is a win-win situation!
