That missed dunk with about 10:00 left was the momentum changer. We were down by 10 or 15, not making many shots but as soon as that dunk clanged off the rim, Texas Hall got real loud and stayed that way most of the night after that. We were getting good looks the first half but like one of the articles I read about the game said, a lot of shots were halfway down before bouncing back out. Those shots started falling, the defense became relentless again and Bo took over with some clutch shots. Their center #55 (6,7", 230lb junior I think) was unstoppable and had like 19 points, but luckily he fouled out with about 2:00 remaining. Lagerson played some and got 4 points (I think I read or heard he's been fighting a minor injury off and on this season but I could be wrong.) Richardson was out as well. We've had some bad first halfs this season but if we can just find a way to play more like we did in the final 10:00 against SFA or the first 20:00 against TSU, we will be in good shape at tourney time.
