Subject: 18-point lead given away

Must have been another tough night at Texas Hall.

The 18-point lead was with 6:15 remaining (29-11) in the first half. And it was tied as late as 1:05 remaining in the game.

Another technical for Eddie, scoreless second half for Floyd and Dawkins, 9 points for Thomas. Dawkins 3-9 including 2-7 from three-point range. Posey 3 rebounds, 5 points in 22 minutes.

On the other hand:
Epps 3-5 from 3-point range, 13 points in only 25 minutes.
14 turnovers, not bad.(anything below 15 is OK in my opinion, 10 or less is a nearly flawless game or evidence you're not attacking the basket and taking a few chances on fast breaks, above 20=too many)

10-22 3-point shooting, very good.

I think the paper said if we beat Nicholls we should be in the tourney--pI'm guessing it would be against Sam or SE Lousiana on the road. This team needs a HUGE game against Nicholls to have some confidence going into the tourney to even have a chance.
