Subject: Wife gave me NCAA march madness 2005 for Christmas

I got NCAA March Madness 2005 for PS2 for Christmas...I'm playing on the next-to-easiest level and the computer plays a very challenging game.

I'm trying to take Arkansas through a season and at times it's brick city. Nothing comes easy offensively. Overall it's a fun game, love the graphics. Texas Hall is indeed a generic gym. TCU's "Daniel Coliseum" looks nearly perfect, as does the Erwin Center in Austin.

I'm still getting used to not using the directional pad--the left joystick moves players, the directional pad calls plays.

There's also a mascot game...animated, nearly picture-perfect mascots for about 20? or so schools are available. A point guard for the Longhorns (literally 5 Bevos on the floor at one time) was really hitting his 3s. Totally cool!
