Mary Ritchert, a Shorthorn columnist suggested that sending those traded shirts to Africa was a bad idea and thought we could give them to some of the less fortunate around here.

I think Miss mary misses the point. If we give any shirts away around here, they should all read Mavericks or UTA, not Aggies or Longhorns or the dreaded Red Rockets (oops - that would be Raiders).

Good luck with the purging of those awful maroon and orange
and red/black tshirts, and the merging force of new UTA fans that might be a great catalyst for school spirit here at UTA.
