Interesting reading the articles in the paper this morning about how TCU had a score to settle since they were snubbed by the Big 12 and the Frogs want to prove they were as good as Tech and other schools they used to play in the old Southwest Conference.

Will be interesting to see how those same reporters and columnists write about this game.

I was impressed by TCU jumping out to a 14-0 lead but figured the Raiders offense would eventually come to life at some point. Wow. Beating SMU by 50 and Northwestern in a OT game does not a top 20 program make.

Tech is probably the toughest team they'll play this year so the schedule softens from here on out. But even if they go undefeated the rest of the way, I don't see BCS consideration.

Until they move up to a bigger conference, get big programs to play them (at home would be nice too) and beat teams other than Baylor, North Texas, Southern Miss or Northwestern regularly, TCU won't get the national respect we constantly read about them wanting.
