this voy forum has been around for a couple of years now and rarely has had any problems or downtime...I started it because a previous forum I had seemed like it went down quite a bit.

I like the hosting service at hostforweb.com myself...they're cheap and I've used them for a year for my family/portfolio website. Addr.com was who I had my old goutamavs.net site. They were really cheap and the customer service/setup was really fast.
