 Hi, check wwww.kidskneepain.com for help with O-S. My daughter could hardly walk, couldn't do stairs, forget dancing. Within a week most pain was gone, within 2 wks, it was all gone. Like a miracle. Friend also recommended it after 1.5 yrs of suffering and therapy, it cleared it up for her in 2 wks! Also, was recommended Not to ice, that the inflamed knee is trying to heal and icing stops this. Check this with your DR. I hope it works as well for you!
