Subject: My dd has been dancing in a new pair of hard shoes for about a month now and one of her heels remains blistered and won't heal. Does she continue to dance in them or is it time for a new brand of shoe? Thanks for the advice.

My DD has same problem..She is dancing in soft shoes for both dances for this week to let blisters heel. Teacher suggested using Aloe Vera Gel for quick healing. ANother mom said warm water, as warm as she can handle, and salt mixture. Let feet soak in this than blow dry the area to dry completely. I am also softening the back of hard shoe heels with baseball glove oil. (NT)mom04:38:12 11/08/04 Mon
