Hey,
I have been suffering from a very painful heel for the past few months. I dont know how to describe the type of pain but after each dancing class i can hadrly walk on it and the next day is the same. If I hold my leg up and face my toes to the floor the pain is unbelievable!!! (this occurs at any time!!) Also, if I have walked around for a hour or so i end up limping!
Does anyone else experience this or does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks

That could be a bruised heel bone. If it's a sharp pain on the bottom of the heel(as opposed to the back)then it's pretty likely. The only thing you could do is....well, rest could help, but for the most part just keep dancing. You should go see a doctor though, the pain sounds pretty severe. (NT)It's painful but will go away, sadly there's nothing to help18:05:47 09/04/07 Tue
