 This pain could be the result of a twisted pelvis - I had this before and for me the pain was not huge but it mainly hurt on and restricted the height of my leg ups due to decreased hip joint flexibility and movement - another physio also mentioned that I was using my back and momentum to lift my legs higher as opposed to my abs and leg stength - go see a physio if the pain persists - good luck

i use icy hot and advil when my back hurts but my pain isnt severe just feels like a muscle pull irritating type of pain (NT):) it eventually went away22:17:48 12/23/07 Sun
