 Perhaps consider Chiropractic evaluation? I had hip pain previously, all scans and xrays were negative. After evaluation by Primary care, Orthopod, sports med MD, antiinflammatories and seemed to get no where, went to Chiropractor. Sciatica seemed to be the DX, after therapy and adjustments pain was relieved. There is also accupressure therapy to focus on specific pain receptors and this can be a tremendous relief.
Just something to consider. Alternative medicine can be very beneficial. Best wishes to you.
