The Feds, state or local law enforcement don't write stuff like that on websites or any place else. So what is the penalty for impersonating a police officer? Federal? State? Local? Jail time?

He does this on all of the forums in this cluster. In each instance he makes an error that demonstrates a complete lack of legal knowledge. Examples, he called himself a magistrate at the state level, said that prostituion was a federal crime, quoted from legal texts with the wrong format and made up numbers, identified himself as the police chief of Tampa, FL and gave the wrong name, things like that. You could say this guy never got a Junior G-Man badge as a kid, toy handcuffs, and a cap pistol, so now he is a jack of all legal trades with a tin star and nothing between the ears. He should go down hard for impersonation, but his methods are so stupid and the errors are so comical that no one can take him seriously. He just keeps posting that everyone he can target is due for arrest, deportaion, or jail time. Forget about the constitution, arraignments, hearings, indictments, or any of the other protocols. This guy can't be bothered with the normal workings of the legal or judicial systems. Go get 'em, Junior Space Cadet. There are criminals all over this place... You can buy real handcuffs and phony badges on Ebay. Try busting your neighbors, and see where it gets you. Strap on a real sidearm. That will help you become a real friend of the local police.
