Don't expect privacy if you are an African kid and your Mum decides to (pump) enema you. They hand out enemas like US moms hand out candy. Following are youtube mom's----

Treasure's Concept "Pumping my Toddlers's Belly"

Chelsy Suzy "African children and the purge"

Queency Dancing and Lifestyle 1 "How to do the enema stomach cleaning for your kids"

Lady B "pumping my daughter tummy"

Or in US if mommy is afraid of the enema and you get impacted this happens....

Life on the Eddy family farm "She was admitted to the hospital" (she got the oral and the anal enema treatment) 24 HOURS!!!

7 children of all ages in this household. All bowel movements are monitored managed and enemas are frequent and if your sister sees you getting your enema TOO BAD!!! I don't play around with constipation or stool withholding.

See RB thousands and thousands of kids every week get enemas right along with their brothers and sisters some where on the planet. Like this mom says "you not pooping, you get enema"!

With seven kids that means there are teens and toddlers getting enemas and watching enemas. Be a big boy and take your enemas RB.

Hi Anom, Is your family from Africa? What does that plant those mothers were using do as part of the enema solution? Is it a stimulant on the muscles to make them empty to get the enema back out? How often do your kids get enemas? What equipment do you use? What are some of your memories of your enemas growing up? Sorry for so many questions but I'm just so curious about the children in Africa with like you say the tradition of all kids getting enemas. I googled Africa and enemas for kids and it says in some parts of Africa as young as two or three months 97% of children get regular enemas, like at least once a week. It's like the United States was in the 50s and 60s.

Our people have a totally different culture than you people here in the US. We don't have the monetary resources or hospitals to take our kids to when they are not stooling like the Eddy family took their girl.

Look at how that young gal stood outside standing getting pumped. That is all you need to know about how we pump or enema our kids. See how all five of those kids in the other video watched each other get their pump.

Privacy is not always an option.

Also Kitten Paw in our culture the little gals have their tip of the clitoris removed when they are an adolescent. All of my sisters. And now all of my daughters. Women are not to pleasure themselves. They need to concentrate on serving their husbands and taking care of the household. Intercourse is for producing children and pleasing the male.

I'm sorry Shelly that message was for you. I'm new to this forum and was thinking about your response when I started. Sorry for the confusion.

You asked about my memories of enemas for myself. I got pumped from my infancy to adulthood and beyond. I don't remember my infancy or toddler. I got all pumps standing much like the girls in the youtube videos. Our people had no plumping. All enemas and stooling was done outside. No privacy.

Arabic women like to give their children laxative suppositories. There used to be a few YT channels with demonstrations.

Enemas are still commonplace in many 3rd World countries.
Having travelled extensively through Central & S America over
the past few years I think it would be fair to say that many mothers still syringe their kids with the rubber bulb (often on a regular basis) espc the poorer classes.

Good work, Anom - I know all those videos (me: "dooeypopsi" ofc) and, partly inspired by them (and also by some TT stuff), I've begun using some of the Ghanaian-style enema formulae (ginger, garlic, just rarely sb pepper added) in the past two years (=daughter and nieces have much to cry about!)

No more capital-C Constipation now their dung-output is heavily scrutinised. Enemas are used for periodic purges, and sometimes punishments, and the "punishment for farting" scenario has played out a few times. Whereas for the daily routine of "doing" my daughter (to ensure she can't even partially-withhold) it's either homemade soap-sliver duiyas, mechanical rectal stimulation, or both. Suppositories are less of a staple now.

No laxatives orally=less side-effects, as stomach/liver/small-intestine are unaffected, and quicker results.

Good work Sue. I think your daughter is now an adult isn't she? You are one of the few mothers left who know how to handle misbehavior at home. Keep it up!

"Adult" only in numbers-of-years - sadly not in terms of actual development

Do you mean she has some kind of condition, or is it just childish behavior? Either way, Do you think mothers should "keep an eye" on their children even if they are full grown adults?

She needed HRT for stunted growth/underdevelopment - and whatever the local meds say I still believe she's on the autism spectrum, it would explain the habitual obstipation and other behavioural hangups (obv I'm cutting several long stories short, or out)

Ok! Thank you Sue.
What about the other question?; Do you think mothers should "keep an eye" on their children even if they are adults?

If they have a history of habitual constipation, yes

One that Anom forgot: youtu.be/VOEsyvcPeVg

And for Chamed - butt plugs may be impractical esp. for younger patients, "butt" remember there are always suitably-sized household objects which (ass-uming you have a steady hand and the patient is "under control") can be used for rectal stimulation, in conjunction with liquid glycerin or soap.

I would agree with views expressed here.Visited a small tribal settlement in N Ghana some years ago & saw a mother syringe her kids otk one after the other with the bulb. It was done in the open air outside the grass huts. The presense of friends & neighbors didnt seem to worry the kids -like getting enemaed was as natural eating a meal!

I have revisited my old village a couple of times and have walked in on the young ones getting the bulb. 17 year olds on down. Lined up and pump of the tummy.

I think it's someone on TikTok who said they dreaded the enema chain reaction - where parents overheard/saw a neighbour family Doing the kids and were inspired to follow suit, and suddenly children were being Done in every family-home along the street and across the square
