If they are small build man or women I strongly suggest that they take it in the butt. More muscle mass. If is a guy or a really cute girl I recommend the butt. Surprisingly very few refusals.

I think that if you spend your life looking at human bodies and observing rectums and vaginas and penises and breasts for pathologies, you will become inured to the exposure to so many private parts. Most people will probably not be their most attractive between their labia or buttocks, many will have a lot of hair covering these surfaces, the skin will be discolored, odors will be overwhelming, and the job will be genuine work. School teachers can lose their sense of idealism, flight attendants tire of exotic places because it takes hours to get there, and all of us see a routine in any work we do for a long time. I think to condemn people as perverts who trained to help others live healthier lives is pretty mean spirited on your part.

Some of the medics I have seen over the years have certainly seen a lot of butts & naked bodies in their time; mine's just one more. I got pretty friendly with some of the staff at these doctors offices. Most of them were nurses and nurses helpers. You would be surprised on how many nurses enjoyed their job because of the nudity involved. There weren't many male staff members around when I asked about this, so did not get too much input from male nurses or aides. One thing that was shocking was the nurses that worked in pediatricians's, a good number of them preferred working with the kids and most of them actually took interest in seeing the children naked when the chance arose.

Steroid injections and antibiotic injections in dorsogluteal, all others (in our office) go in deltoids. Note, we don't have iron injections in our office, or they would also be gluteal. We also don't carry pain medications. We also don't use the ventrogluteal location. Personally, I've only used that one on myself, because it's easier to reach. It's located on the lateral side of your hip, below the iliac crest and above the greater trochanter, slightly anterior. Type in "ventrogluteal" on google to get an idea. If a patient insists on getting something gluteal, sometimes we give in (depends on what it is). Some medications are just made for the deltoid.

There was a high percentage of women in my department and for the first week I think they used to like to see how I'd react when an issue with one of the products came up. After some time though I became insensitive and treated it like just one more job. It was funny because we came out with a new douche fragrance and I can still remember when one of the cute girls in the department said that she had tried it, thought it was pretty nice, and planned to buy more at the company store. After I was there for a year or so I got married and everyone in the department had a little party for me, but it wouldn't have been fun unless they gave me a care package of our products. My wife to be was embarrassed at first but did use them during our first year. Like I said I had developed an insensitivity to the topic of our products but if my wife and I ever went out to a social gathering and the topic came up of who I worked for my wife would immediately find a reason to go to the other side of the room because the next question would be "What do they make?" I might have become desensitized but most people were not. I now work somewhere else but still laugh about those days.
