My initial joy at staying home from school when ill was always mitigated by spending the day waiting for the doctor, especially as he never arrived until late afternoon, by which time I would normally have been home from school with nothing to worry about. What worried me most was the dread normal treatment - an injection in my bottom.
Once, at the age of twelve or thirteen, my girlfriend was visiting when the doctor arrived. As the examination was always limited to head, chest and abdomen, I had no problem with her remaining in the room. In fact, I regarded her presence as a sort of talisman because I feared that, if the doctor asked her to leave, it would mean baring my bottom for a shot and she might surmise the reason.
What happened was even worse. He told me to roll over with her still there. Feeling tears well in my eyes, I promptly obeyed lest she see me cry. When I felt my bottom bared, I heard her ask the doctor if he was going to give me a shot. During my long, embarrassed wait in position, I mentally compared the situation with visits to the doctor when I had to pull everything down to my ankles and bend over a receptionist's lap for injections. I always feared that as the most humiliating possible ordeal but at least it was just part of the job for those girls, who were relative strangers and probably saw many other bare adolescent bottoms injected, whereas my girlfriend was probably enjoying the novelty of seeing me jabbed back there and would never let me forget it. Feeling the alcohol swab on my cheek made me shudder and her giggle. I tensed in anticipation and then felt the needle, which seemed to go even deeper than normal. A moment later, I felt the searing pain of the injection itself. It seemed to hurt more and take much longer than usual. Somehow, I managed to remain silent except for a groaning affimation when she asked if it hurt, which prompted her to opine that I wouldn't be able to sit down afterwards. Eventually, there was the final sting of the needle coming out but I remained in position until the doctor left. After he was gone, the girl sat next to me sensually massaging the tender site and assured me that she knew how I felt - describing her own injections as, "pull down your panties, this won't hurt". The ability to visualise her own shapely bottom bare for injections alleviated my embarrassment and we discussed our shot experiences in detail. Our mutual fascination with buttock injections soon led to us playing doctor. Thrilling though it was to probe each others naked anatomy, the most exciting part for both of us was finally rolling over or bending over for a realistic shot in the bare bottom. Once, when she was suitably attired, she even made me bend over her lap for a shot, the view from which position was frighteningly reminiscent of what I saw from across a receptionist's lap - shapely legs and stiletto heels. As much as we enjoyed those play injections, however, we both remained terrified of the real thing.
