Yes, suppositories and RTs went hand-in-hand for me too. Sometimes the suppository was inserted without my knowing - on the end of the thermometer. Later on, I was told I was getting one. Most of those suppositories were aspirin ones for fever. Anybody else get aspirin suppositories?
