Yesterday I had this very cute 23 year old present to our urgent care clinic. Her tonsils were swollen and she had a temp of 103.5. The doctor ordered 2.4 of LA bicillin and 8 mg of decadron and 8mg of Zofran. I came back in with four syringes as i decided to give her the penicillin in 2 doses. She laid down on the exam table. I flipped up her skirt and discovered she was not wearing any panties underneath. She had a round little butt that was very firm. I gave her 2 shots in each of her butt cheeks. She jumped each time I hit her cheek with the needle. She laid there holding her bottom in her hands. I massaged her firm cheeks after I applied bandaids to the four sites. I commented how firm her bottom was and she said she works out five days a week. She was limping when she walked out. I know her butt hurt like hell for the next day or two.

Another fantasy post. How come there are no stories involving a 45 year old or a fat 61 year old, only "cute" 23 year olds or under. What real nurse would comment about a "round little butt." And these stories always involve massaging their cheeks, etc. Can we get some real stories, instead of fantasy injections for a fever that do not even exist anymore.

Well Leo I stories about shots that I give. I try to describe what their butt looks like, how they reacted, etc. I do massage their butt to get the medication absorbed into their muscle. Sorry your disappointed. True story.

Leo just for you. The other day I did have this woman who weighed in excess of 300 pounds and I had to give her a steroid shot. I used an 18g 2 inch needle because her butt cheek was so big. I buried the needle all the way in and had to make sure it went deep enough to get it into her muscle. Not a pretty site with all the adipose tissue. Those kind of shots are not any fun. Most of the time those people have all kinds of sores on their ass cheeks.

You prove my point. Shots are not supposed to be fun for anyone. If they are you are either not a nurse (most likely) or should not be one. The fact that older, overweight people may not be a pretty sight, lends to your fantasizing about younger, better looking people.
