 Sionna opened the door to find a frantic Andrea juggling a backpack, a purse, a cell phone, and a baby girl.

"This is Gabrielle," Andrea said, matter-of-factly, "She's my ice dance partner's sister. He was supposed to watch her for a few hours today but he's out cruising Katie Doyle - that's a girl from our skating club - so I have to watch her. Um, do you have a crackers or something?"

Sionna stepped back and let Andrea in, who dropped everything - except Gabrielle - onto the floor. She gently set the baby down, who looked about 2 years old by the way, and took off her shoes.

"I hope you don't mind having her here. It's only for a few hours. Jon's parents will come pick her up, she won't be here all night."
