ok, I'm bored. I'm between extemp speeches right now at the DFH extemp practice at the library. I've noticed something random, yet extremely important:

The library's computers have awesome monitors! The monitor I am using and the one right next to me are both flat screen monitors, or "Samsung SyncMaster 151s" . Due to the long name, these monitors obviously rock.

But more to the point, how can the library justify buying these new monitors?! I like them, but the city budget committee ought to give some library funds to impoverished organizations like the EVSC. Red Bank has plenty of computers with functioning monitors...they don't need new monitors.

These just proves: Decentralized government ought to be a fundamental goal of democratic society.
