Reitz got 1st in our distict (if i am not mistaken, because logansport protested over something, i'm not sure what).
Central: neel and amy qualified in fx for the speech secion of districts. North: no one in the speech section. but i think North got third overall because they had a lot of policy teams go to districts for debate and congress.

I spoke on latin america and NAFTA final round. I said argentina is lacking a brain- bc of their economic crisis...venezuala was lacking a heart- bc of hugo chavez...colombia was lacking courage- bc of their civil/drug wars. all of these were off to see the wizard/NAFTA access. but north america was the only one with the red slippers to go home.
