One thing to consider, will it even look like a human killed Warren? Also, once Warren gets a magical supplement from Rack is he fighting under human rules. I may not like what Willow does, but we must remember that this guy would have continued in a criminal career, so if Willow doesn't get him how powerful would he have become given that he has technical and magical support?
