We have realized that the mentoring program is very helpful, it gives the new teachers a peace of mind and makes them feel much better and more at ease with thier teaching.

Usually the dept. head is their mentor, or someone within the dept. with years of experience. These mentors help give advice on do's and don'ts withing the first year of teaching.
