Never. The whole claim of Uncommon was paradoxical and morally in very low state. Motives define good and evil. Moral question: which one has been more bad - a boy that accidentally breaks big window or a boy that purposively breaks a little window. 5-year old child answers to this that the child that breaks big window has acted badly cause more damage happened but 9-10 year old usually understands that the answer is boy that break the small window cause he did it *purposively*.
