You forgot to include the part where officer Grudge is getting inside information from bank officers who say that Bob has the accounts, but are afraid to speak because Bob will torture their families to death.
In Iraq, speaking out gets you killed and good informants have to be protected by US intelligence - or they'll be dead informants.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not sure where I fall on the war thing, but I do know that Sadaam is no "Bob."
